1. Customer Cancellations

  • Free Cancellation:
    Customers may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time at no charge.

  • Partial Charge:
    Cancellations made between 12 to 24 hours before pickup will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Last-Minute Cancellation:
    Cancellations made less than 6 hours before pickup will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

2. No-Show Policy

  • If the customer is not available at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time:

    • The booking will be marked as a No-Show

    • 100% of the fare will be charged


3. Driver Waiting Time

  • Drivers will wait up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time

  • Drivers will wait up to 60 minutes at the Airports
  • Drivers will wait up to 20 minutes at the Train Stations
  • Additional waiting time may result in extra charges.


4. Company Cancellations

  • In rare cases where the company must cancel (driver unavailable, vehicle issue, etc.):

    • A full refund will be issued

    • Optional: offer a discount on the next ride


5. Refund Policy

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method


6. Amendments (Rescheduling)

  • Customers may reschedule their ride:

    • Up to 12 hours before pickup → No extra charge

    • Less than 12 hours → May be treated as a cancellation


7. Special Conditions (Optional)

  • Airport / long-distance bookings:

    • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup

  • Emergency situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis
